    OP are you asking for the total spent ever? Or the estimated amount paid for your current collection? I would assume the latter since people often trade guns towards other guns.

    I've got over $10K in just three I currently own. I sold two others for more than $6K a couple years ago. I don't want to know how much I've spent over the years.

    I don't think this will translate well to "long arms".

    Besides, I think I'm the only one that actually does the math. :D

    Yeah. Hell, I traded three Halloween masks for a Mosin M44. I decorated them myself and the guy really liked them, but at the end of the day I only spent like $22 on raw materials. Similarly, I won an AR 15 on a $20 raffle and traded it for an Arsenal AK 74, so my figures are really skewed compared to the value of the long guns I own.
