We will try to make sure the design doesn't suck too bad. :D

Thank God. I was worried that it was really going to suck, but since it's not going to suck too bad, I'm in.

Can it have padded muscles built into it? I haven't gotten around to working out yet, and I need to impress the ladies.

I have cs5 and can run a rough draft if you guys have a color scheme/layout in mind, and as long as the "powers that be" grant me the permission to use/alter the INgo logo and stuff.

Might just do it without permission :)

Only thing I don't like is that the shirt looks very thin, and see through. Not my cup of tea :(

FYI guys - I work at Impact (motorsports safety products) and we make these type of shirts (sublimation printing) on the West side of Indy, so if you need a manufacturer or have questions hit me up. I'm in the art dept, not in sales, but i can set you up with the people to get it moving..
