If you can wear an INS jacket into the place without fear, I won't eat Mexican food there.

Bonus if there's a TV playing Mexican Novelas.

I enjoy the Spanish language broadcast of soccer games at our local place. Don't care a whit about soccer, nor do I speak Spanish, but I enjoy listening to how excited they get about it.

The local outfit in Muncie, Puerto Vallarta, pretty well fits that description.
My wife took me to the one on Broadway last Saturday for my 48th b-day.
We ate like kings...even though I was compelled to sleep on the couch later that evening due to the massive and prolonged wind-breaking it induced from me. ;)

I experienced a block at KFC yesterday. Anything gun related is blocked, including INGO. I have never had that problem at McDonalds, Steak and Shake, or Panera. Yes, it is their wifi, but it is good to know who blocks and who does not.

First of all, stop using public Wi-Fi. You're asking for problems. Most people have plenty of data on their cell plan. Why risk it? If you must use Wi-Fi, only use one where you are given their password and have to type it in. It's much harder to hack you on an encrypted network, even if you can't trust everyone else on it.

oldpink, stop going to Puerto Vallarta. Cuidad is much better.
