INGO Indianapolis meetups?

Hey guys,
New to shooting, new to Indy. Looking for like minded or anyone interested in doing a "meetup". By this i mean getting a group together for some time at a local range, preferably in Indy unless a better one is suggested within a reasonable distance, trade tips, stories, advice, etc. I would be willing to put some time in to organize. Maybe something like this is already in the works. If so, i would like to get in on it. Anyone interested? I have basic NRA pistol certification and am serious about being a safe, responsible gun owner and do not have any time for gangbangers or showoffs, so if your looking for a "thug buddy" than you need not apply. I live in the near east neighborhood of Indy.

Eagle creek is closed for the winter and marion county fish and game you have to be a member.

I'm in for a meet up as long as it's not a place like dons gun.

I believe you only need 15 to send Pm's...you're almost there

I'm a member of MCF&G, we could go there (just check the website for already scheduled events/range rules). Problem is I usually work till 6 PM & the range is closed @ sundown. Off work on Sun & (usually) TH.

Just looked at their website. Looks really good, they do require memberships though or guests to be accompanied by a member. Membership requires an application,a $25 initiation fee and $110.00 for a year,(good deal), then attending a board meeting(next one is tues Feb 7@7:30 PM. Indy Trading Post (site advertiser) has an indoor range (located on S. Madison Ave.). It's a nice range, but only 5 lanes. Thinking of heading there today myself.
