If you have places you know with posted signs in your city/area, please post a name of the business and the address/city so that I may add it to my INGO no guns map.

Once I have more than Huntington listed I will share the link to the map and also allow others to edit it. For the time being I am going to have it as an admin run map, and will update as this post is updated.

Again, this is for a quick reference for anyone wanting to know if an establishment they are going to be visiting has a no guns sign, or is an open +2A establishment. It's up to you to decide if you want to carry there anyway, and if you decide to spend money there.

I will be checking this thread frequently, and then editing the map file as needed. Like I said, once I have more than Huntington part way filled out I will post the link. As of right now, I have the few no gun places here filled in with a Red "caution" sign in google maps, and the one 2A place I know of highlighted with a Green thumbtack.

Any questionable areas needed cleared up will be a blue question mark.

    Thanks!
    TT

Bump. Been escorted out or asked to leave from somewhere?

Post the name of the place and the address and it'll be added to the map :)

Don't mean to jack your thread or derail, but I haven't seen the first "no guns" sign in Lawrence county to date.

    Anybody else seen one?

If you CC you are rarely asked to leave, and you get used to ignore the "no gun signs" that dont carry the weight of the law. ;)

Kroger DC, 7025 English Ave Indpls. NO WEAPONS signs along with signs claiming authority to search vehicles...LMAO. I really like the NO weapons signs, they make me feel SO welcome. I guess we are all supposed to strip naked and be anesthetized before being allowed there? EVERYTHING and ANYTHING is a weapon. Any object is exactly what it is until it is used as something else and everything can be used for more than one purpose. Anyone that has read much from me knows just how much weight that crap has with me.

I agree, even a sport shooting pistol can become a weapon if you start to shoot at people instead of olympic targets. :D

Due to work, I'm in all kinds of restaurants, hospitals, schools, and churches throughout South Central Indiana on a daily basis. I have not seen one "No Firearms" sign since I began working for my present employer.

Don't forget Old Navy and Gap stores statewide. Recent problem with a INGO member being asked to leave. Old Navy responded with a that's their policy reply to his email.

I think the central library in Indy has a "no firearm" rule, that's not posted on the doors thought.
I know some INGO menbers carry there concealed, so obviously they never had been asked to leave.
The pubic buses also have the same rule.
