No, only a vote from a conservative for anyone other than Romney is a vote for Obama. If you're actually a liberal, and you vote Libertarian, then that is a vote that otherwise would have went towards Obama, which is a good thing. So far the Libertarians I've spoken with claim to all be liberals, who hate Romney more than Obama, so I don't see their vote as a loss.
