INGO at the January Indy 1500 Contest - UPDATED with Final Instructions

Well, guess I'm not eligible. Got my INGO sticker (thanks, guys!), but every site advertiser/supported I talked to either:
a) didn't know what I was talking about
b) didn't have any of the red "licenses" left.

I didn't feel like working my way back to the INGO table, so I guess everyone's chances just went up by one.

Did get me a nice fixed blade from the Knife Lady, though. So I'm still happy
