    From my reading the 10th is a Closing statement. Every thing after it is Null and Void in my opinion.

    I'm all for abandoning slavery and allowing women to vote. And I'd rather our Pres have term limits too.

    I wouldn't consider them null and void, but I think we need to add to the BoR to make sure it covers the rights afforded to people and the strict limits on government.

    my guess is that fewer than ten thousand people even know this has passed.
