    I know I know - it's face butt - ...

But we gotta get the facts spoon fed to the masses ... ... from the post relating to the WTHR article posted just above:

The article states that the fiscal impact is expected to be a loss of $5.2 Million and $5.3 Million over the next 2 years. This is based on the estimated total revenue seen over previous years. It does not account for expenses to administer the LTCH program; NOR does it account for the fact that LTCH's will CONTINUE to be available / sold for reciprocity purposes. Which other states have continued to see lively growth in their "License/Permit" programs. MEANING - this revenue will continue.

    Kind of short on details.
There were details? Their funding estimate is crap, it's based on post-Sandy Hook and all the polls saying Hillary was getting elected. They hit the point of equilibrium earlier this year.

Not to mention that losing revenue from an unconstitutional money grabbing scheme is the worst reason not to repeal the law.

Why is this revenue angle being pushed so hard?

After admin costs are deducted, it is pennies on the dollar that actually make it to the police.

Let's tax those that do not carry guns.

There's that flawed logic, there's also the flawed logic that this law causes the LTCH system to implode to zero dollars. In states that return to constitutional carry, most see an increase in LTCH sales. Reciprocity is a real thing.

The same people that argue nothing is wrong with this, would have a heart attack if it was suggested to charge for the 1st Amendment.

This has already been done under the Obama administration, remember Lois Learner and the IRS refusing 501c3 status to conservative groups.

The media said move along, nothing to see here.
