Hell, lots of foreign states could drop a nuke faster than that....all it takes is launching it from a ship off the coast.

    NK easy
    Iran easy

    On and on.

Rump jockies get maternity leave and a mentally ill man that likes to pretend he is a woman is the assistant secretary of health....so all is fine.

FJB and those of his ilk....straight to Hades.

But if they nuke us, who will buy their crap? They'd collapse afterward. Not to mention the sheer number of properties they own here that would be worthless.

THat's cutting off your entire head to spite your face.

It would only take a small nuke given current conditions...no need to ruin the land.

How does lebensraum translate to chinese?

Yup, nuke a couple of key coastal cities but leave the vast majority of land unharmed. Except the 'vast majority of land' is where the patriots who still have guns and balls live! It wouldn't be hard to nuke the coasts but trying to subdue middle America could take years of guerrilla warfare and who wants that headache for some cornfields and cows. So in that light they might be doing us a favor!

If China's claims are true, they can drop a nuke on LA in 100 minutes and it sounds like there's nothing we can do to stop it.

Thank God we have the most diverse administration in US history. Clearly they're doing a great job and that was the appropriate criteria for selection.

Nothing is stopping any state or individual from walking across the border with a nuke in a backpack. That's a far more likely threat, that I'd be shocked if it hasn't already happened and been set up in a "just in case" capacity by someone.

China has too much to lose for that to be a rational play for them. It's a fear tool that would break them if they used it, destroying their biggest product importer, folding their economy up over night. Likely a scape goat for biden to use for when China invades Taiwan, so he can say "but we can't risk nuclear war!"

This country has already folded up, people are just in the denial stage of grief.

Well, china is basically the globalist's enemy no.1.

We're in complicated and uncharted territory.

Truth: Every nuclear power on the Planet has plans (in some form or another) to deliver payloads to every other nuclear power on earth. It wasn't that long ago, if you remember, that some older plans the USA had to turn Canadian cities into wastelands were declassified. There was a small uproar about that.

What has "changed" now is that it's now known publicly of a different kind of delivery vehicle that one country has.

What hasn't changed is that we mere mortals do not know the capabilities of the US arsenal - both offensively and defensively.

Another truth: Mutually Assured Destruction is still a thing; though I'm personally not convinced that certain mentalities / religions / fervent atheist political ideals subscribe to it as being a detriment.

The point is not to nuke us, the point is to make sure we sit and watch while they do what they want. Does anyone have any doubt that is exactly what we will do?
This. I'm not concerned that China is planning to nuke the U.S., what is concerning is the U.S. becoming a weakling nation subject to the whims of other nations. We are close to a point where we can not defend ourselves against the technology of other countries.

Act will have a more accurate idea, but I'm betting that one Ohio with a full load (non treaty) of W-88s would cause an unrecoverable bad day in China.

There is no going back to being a true republic. Way to many mouths in the Gov tit.
And this is sad, would take a miracle. But I don't think we are worthy with the crop we have. Would take a all out Civil War and beyond epic proportions. We re going down the road of Rome....the forefathers wrote and warned us of democracy killing us. And they are right.
