Because he felt guilty, so he made an account so he was kind of following the rules. My question would be did the seller sell to him? Is there one rule breaker or two?

Wow, must be an employee complaining. Who else would care? I've never had a major problem with GM. I've even purchased three guns from them. However I agree with a lot of things people say about them.

Their gun and ammo prices are high and I won't buy it from them unless it is on sale or a good deal. You have to wait your turn to get waited on. These things don't bother me enough to complain but for less patient people it can be an issue.

I'm not going to bash someone just because they are upset about something that happened to them at GM. Nor am I going to defend GM just because they've been nice to me when I've been there. Their customer service has usually been acceptable but never stellar.
