MUNCIE -- City police arrested a landlord Wednesday after he allegedly threatened his tenant with two handguns.

Police were called to 2413 S. Gharkey St. just before 8:30 p.m. by the tenant, who said the landlord, Scott Alan Johnson, 45, 2411 S. Gharkey St., was threatening to evict her. She could see .357 and 9mm handguns exposed in holsters.
The tenant and at least two others were in the home at the time. Johnson allegedly went inside and started shoving one of the females in the home, Muncie Police Sgt. Joe Kresja said.
He was arrested on charges of residential entry, a class D felony, intimidation with a deadly weapon, a class D felony, battery, a class A misdemeanor, and two outstanding warrants.
Johnson served the tenant an eviction notice May 6 after the tenant failed to pay rent May 1. Though the tenant legally had 21 days to leave, Johnson wanted her out, Kresja said.
He was taken to the Delaware County jail, where he was being held Wednesday without bond.

Questions of the day: Did he have an LTCH? If so, HOW?!?

Upon further review, it now comes to mind that he could have had the LTCH BEFORE the warrants were issued.

Um, yeah ... DOH! on my part ... :ugh:
