One I found quite irritating and humorous at the same time was the Clinton, IN BMV (Contractors) said that I had to have my truck with me to get plates/title so they could check the VIN because it was from IL. I was changing my residence from IL to IN at the time and I politely asked them if they thought it was possible that I had been driving around a stolen truck that I had bought and owned for 8yrs now and the IL title was in my name. They are complete morons.

Paybacks was me pulling my 32ft Camper with said truck into their little tiny parking lot so they could VIN them both while trying to get me out of there so people had a place to park. I walked very slowly from the truck, camper, into BMV and back. Filled out paperwork work even slower and I made it very obvious I was dishing out PAYBACKS.
They will keep pulling all this crap until enough people FILE COMPLAINTS above their local offices' heads! I filed mine within 3 days of dealing with those idiots.
