Well guys....I couldn't be happier! I was able to sneak out of the house for about an hour today while my wife and daughter took a nap. I went to some family land in the country and put 100rds through the G19 to break it in.
It lives up to the hype! I do know that my shooting isn't the best, but I shot this thing very well today. I know that the popular saying is "You Suck, its not the Gun," but I clearly shot this better than the Taurus PT111 I used to carry.
Not that it was a bad gun at all, I was just evidently not a good shot with it. I didn't shoot for groups today, but focused on hitting a 6" steel plate from a variety of distances. I was able to hit it with ease, including fast follow up shots - something I couldn't do with the PT111, but can with my larger PT92.
So, looking forward to some more range time with my new favorite pistol!
