How did they know about the firearm in your glove box? and if you are saying that there is a 90 Day probationary period that you hadn't served then you are probably SOL. BUT, if they are terminating you for the reasons mentioned then they are doing you a favor. They do not care or want to be responsible for the safety of their employees.
