FWIW I figured some National Healthcare deal would use some "safe environment" clause to get most of the populace disarmed.

Folks (sheeple) would give up their guns to have Uncle Sam pay for their wife or kids' $$$$$$ operation.

No jackbooted thugs, just high medical costs supposedly covered for "free"............if you do what is required.
