Just the carried without plates?
I have seen some people who sell the carrier alone and you have to read carefully to make sure you get actual ballistic protection with the carrier.

Used carrier with used soft plates. Still not worth $800. Never know if he got the soft armor wet, used bleach or some other chemical to clean it. The value of armor drops fast when its used
