    Now as far as pest control
    I know for a fact one can use a supressor when culling deer under depredation rules. this is not considered hunting and usually takes place with sharpshooters who may or may not use supressors depending upon where the cull is being conducted.

    You know if we organized and changed the DNR regs to permit hunting with suppressors more people would buy them. More people having them would create momentum to move suppressors to Title I.

    I know some DNR guys that would arrest you for using a suppressor on any animal.

    Funny, you can't use a suppressor in Indiana, but you can hunt with a machine gun.
    In Kentucky, you can use a suppressor, but you can't hunt with a machine gun. You cannot even shoot coyotes after dark in Kentucky. Go figure.
