Not wise to "accuse" the judge's clerk of just being confused or flat out lying...

Apparently the judge talked to her clerk and the Hunter Biden attorney (at best) obfuscated which side they of the case they were on to get the clerk to take a hostile filing down.

I guess we'll see if the judge accepts the plea deal, rescinds it or demands more information into whether the deal was improper and the investigation hampered for political reasons.

"Under that revised agreement, the deal would only cover the period from 2014-2019 and would only include conduct related to tax offenses, drug use and gun possession,"
I'm guessing they'll argue the Burisma extortion is covered since it is money/tax related.

Jason Smith clearly needs to do some internal investigation, somebody tipped off Hunter's law firm about the whistleblower info going to the judge, or maybe the fbi has him bugged.
