    See the problem is they can come ton some "crazy" state like Indiana where we still give out guns for opening savings accounts.

    An unarmed general populace makes it MUCH easier for the mob, and corrupt government officials are more than happy to pass gun control laws under the guise of "public safety".

    Nope,it was ruled unconstitutional...so they reworded the law(for another supreme court battle 10 years from now).Nothing changed for the average person though.

    IIRC you can now possess one, and ONLY one registered pistol in your home in Chicago with the proper training and a permit. You still cannot carry one on your person.
