How often to you carry?

I carry almost all of the time, except where prohibited by law and some of the times on campus. New student and still a bit leery but it is in my car. I don't have a good concealed means concealed holster/firearm right now. And I don't want to leave it in my bookbag.

I had a sig on the counter when I was in the shower a bit ago, and when I am asleep there is a pistol within arms reach and a shot gun 4 feet from the bed.

However when I am welding it goes in the toolbox, and when I am spinning wrenches it goes in the day cart.
