apparently at the greenwood mall there is a little sticker saying that they dont allow firearms... so im assuming btowns the same way.. since every mall is a simon mall..

so if you go into a mall conceal carry.. otherwise a security guard on a segway will escort you out.. and if you refuse to leave you can be charged with trespassing.. so gay.

Where at the greenwood mall is this posted? I enter through Sears whenever I go there no matter which store I need.

The only signs I've seen are the "Don't walk in big loud groups " signs by the food court.

Ind code is also silent on whether you carry concealed or open, leaving the choice to the licensee, not local LEO or ordinance.

My question is: How can local ordinance supercede state law. If Indiana says I am allowed to carry any firearm that is properly posessed, how can local ord. forbid it?

As you said, Indiana Code is silent: it does not pre-empt localities from legislating method of carry.

According to Evan Marshall, you should carry three. I did at one time: A full sized 9mm, a 4" S&W M19, and a small auto for sticking in adversaries' noses.

That was a different place and time, and now I only carry a full sized 1911 and a small .380, plus a reload for the large pistol.
