    Yeah, I'm thinking the speedboost takes effect a little. Especially with so short a test. I limit most of my downloading of bigger files to 1 megabyte per second just so they don't throttle me. I rarely have any problems with my service, so I'm happy.

    I don't put much stock in those speed tests. Run it 10 times and see what happens. Then run it all around the country and see what happens. at is important, but the quality of service.

    Here is one that is a little more thorough.
