How far away is your range from home?

From Oaklandon to New Castle (approx. 46 miles) because it is free to shoot and I can shoot my rifles. I go to Pop's when I just want to shoot my pistols though.

Range Distance

I'm about 10 minutes from my range. I usually take a long lunch break from work to go, every 2 weeks. With 2 kids, the only time i have to pop off some rounds is on lunch.

I am 15 minutes from the close range and about an hour from the other range. I take a dozen or so to the farther range to make the most of it.

I am pretty lucky. I have about a five minute drive. Planning on going there today and try out a new Kahr CM9.

Over the river & through the woods................. not really. I can step out my patio door on to the deck & shoot @ my spinning target, or go down the hill & shoot 100yds. on my property, or go to the neighbors & shoot 1000yds.

How far do you drive to go shooting at your range?

Out the back door, down the hill. I drive the UTV because I can't carry all the guns and gear.

Nearest one to me is about 10 miles. Once spring rolls around I will have one beside the barn.
