Barrel length has nothing to do with accuracy.

Put both guns on a Ransom rest and you are likely to see no difference at all in the groups.

I haven't noticed a difference in any of my Glocks. I honestly shoot the 26,27,33 frame the best.

    17 and 21

i got the 17 and the baby 21, they both shoot better than i do. not much difference i noticed in the grouping. 17 is a lot easier for target acquisition after the shot though.

I don't believe the average person can shootone better than the other. My favorite is the 19 with a belt clip attached to the slide. You can hide it under a t-shirt.

In addition to what has been said, compared to the G19, the G17 is:

    0.47" longer,
    0.43" taller,
    width is the same,
    1.05 oz heavier (empty),
approx. 1.93 oz heavier loaded (depends on load,
and carries +2 rounds of ammo (w/std. factory mag).

Ya besides the increased sight radius of the g17, the g17 is not a superior gun, just different. Both shoot straight and keep shooting :-)

Makes a big difference though for IWB! The G19 size is much more comfortable than the G17. You give up 2 rounds, but there's not much difference between 15 an 17.

I love my 19 shoot well with it, ( not really a target gun) everyone told me the 19 was the one glock put there magic into, seems to be the favorite of a whole lot of people.
