How did INGO spend their Sunday??

I've been remodeling my bathroom for the last several weeks. So that's what I did today.
But I was able to get 3 miles in on my bicycle

Sheesh....i gutted my bathroom down to studs and started over, i'll post pics at some point.
So much for being outside on this beautiful day.

But did you take the flooring down to the joists?

That's what we did today for the upstairs baths and kitchen in the new rental unit. New subfloor going in.

I'm pooped. And sore. And grimy. How in the world does that much dirt collect in those spaces?

Went to the range with friends and enjoyed the weather, then took the family to see the Lorax.

Took my BMW k1200S out and carved up some roads. Gorgeous day for it!

8 hours of work at a nursing home in New Albany, looking out the windows at the beautiful day. Volunteered to take a few residents out to smoke just to get outside.... ah fresh smoky air.

Stripped off the factory finish that was hiding some nice Turkish Walnut and rubbed in a BLO finish on my CZ 452 Varmint. While the finish was drying I did a trigger job and super clean on it. All back together now and lookin good, to me at least.

Bought a new washer and Dryer, Put the convertible top on the truck, and slept before coming into work @ 11pm, BTW if your bored come on up.

Woke up and went to gunshow.
Hung out at a fellow INGOers house for awhile sitting outside.
Helped another INGOer pick up a new safe and get it inside.
Enjoyed the nice weather, and still need to get the AR clean from Saturday's range trip.

Took the family to the zoo then put on the nascar race. Im not sure why, but im trying to become a fan... I used to enjoy the races 15 years ago, but so much has changed...

Wrestled a 75 year old woman at Walmart. Forced a couple smaller vehicles off the road. Started a few random fires. Just a normal Sunday for me.

I spent my day out in the shop making some custom 1911 grips for a couple friends and watching the deer play in my backyard. Took some corn to the feeder and they all came up to feed...within five feet of me. They are amazing creatures and it's fun to watch the heirarchy within the herd. Did see a couple of challenges that were interesting and did find one three point shed...still can't find the other yet.

Started the day with breakfast at Cracker Barrel with the wife. Then we headed to the range at ITP, so she could try out some guns. Ended up buying her first gun, a S&W 442 Airweight, off another INGOer. Then we headed to home and I fired up the grill and cooked some sirloins that had been marinating for about 24 hours. And drank a few too many beers.

Helped my dad and brother work on the corn planter. Getting the equipment ready for spring planting.

Yard work, gardening and deck tear down. Getting rid of our old above ground pool, and making a little private "oasis" to hide from the neighbors. Trying to figure out how we want to build a pergola. Grilled some chicken and turkey burgers, asparagus wrapped in bacon, had a few beers while grilling. noticed it was almost bedtime already, thanks to DST.

Went to church with the family. Then to the finals for high school hockey at the state fairgrounds. Back home to do a little work in the back yard and relax. Beautiful day.

Glad to see most of us got to enjoy the weather. Im just hoping this is the beginning... Not just a sampler. I dont want it to snow anymore.

Went shoping with the wife and step son, first coat of stain on new kitchen cabinet base, started teaching son how to reload!
