Other than the gun control agenda, I don't think there are any other plot points revealed.

I won't reveal them.

Well, we just reached the episode where that plot point was revealed, along with the related, election horse-trading that the Underwoods connived. I told my wife (and she agreed) that Claire's speech, and her tough-acting with the NRA rep, must have been the liberals' wet dream.

I just started watching at the beginning of season one. Thought I'd check out the hoopla. Now I'm hooked.

Season One is, by far, the best season. Season Two moves too quickly at the expense of long-term plot arc and character development, which leaves Season Three pretty disappointing. But I thought that Season Four moved in the right direction again (and was much, much better than Season Three).
