I see about $350 a month on hair alone, about $250 on tanning, $250 on nails, what kind of vehicle do you think needs to be provided for her and what budget should be set for clothing?

Hair is cut straight across the bottom - not a salon job - probably a back yard hair cut. Beautiful hair but not professionally done.
