    Well - 30 23.104N is a line that goes through northern Florida as well as Louisiana, Texas, northern Mexico and other places around the world. I would bet on Jacksonville, Florida since that line goes right through downtown. But just a guess.

    IF that's what's inscribed on her gorgeous shoulder. Look very closely that the "N" (partially obscured), and the "W" ... they look like the same letter. Which is it N, and which is W? And what happened there that required a monument to it?

    But latitude is almost always listed first and longitude second. That is the accepted format.
    Certainly she could have departed from that convention but I doubt it.

    No idea on the reason.
