    If she wants a semi-auto, just make sure she can work the slide properly. Not saying anything about your wife, but some women do not have the strength the manualy work the slide. Which is key during a malfunction. Other then that let her get what she wants, with in reason of course. If she likes Berettas the 92FS is a great choice. Along with the Cougar.
