Why does my 995tsp eject such filthy brass factory or reloads ?

Maybe blowby cause of a loose fitting barrel? Since you are unhappy with it, just I take it off your hands in a way to make you happy...

After ignition, the pressure between the chamber and the case is considerably higher than that of a delayed unlocking of a tilt barrel designed pistol. Add in the barrel length and it increases it further.

All that gas wants to escape asap, some is going to take a short-cut to get out. And that bit comes out back toward the firing mechanism from outside the case.

All my blowback semi's get dirtiest of all. I'd consider it as normal operation.

It's been a while since I had one, but if I remember correctly, it only happens on side.

Like everyone has said, it is normal.

I wouldn't worry about it. If you have a different brand of ammo you might try it. maybe dirtier then normal ammo but I doubt it.

Mine does the same thing. One side of each case is almost black. It's normal for that gun.
