There are so many great options in that price range. The There's the Mercedes CLA45 AMG, the Subaru WRX STI, and the Cadillac CTS have not been mentioned. I honestly second the Jeep Idea!

2015 Dodge Ram ecodiesel! Love my truck and amazing mileage. After using the dial shifter for more then a week you don't even notice it anymore.

4X4 of course.

another vote for this. Get the cargo boxes on the side and you are always ready to go to the range. Lots of areas for extra storage inside.

Buy a Gen 1 Tundra Crew Cab, end of build is 2006. That should run you about $10-15k & last a lifetime w/basic maintenance. That leaves you w/ $25-30k to accessorize, presuming you're doing the Dave Ramsey thing & paying w/cash.

From another G8 owner, Chevy SS. Large, comfy, can get a proper manual, still relatively simple mechanically.

If you want all wheel drive in a car I'd look at the Tarus SHO or Regal GS though the regal may be a little small.
