    Pineapple sandwich.

    Open one can of pineapple rings.
    Wrap the rings in sliced Bacon (thin cut honey baked Bacon from a deli works well).
    Pin the ham in place with whole cloves.
    Bake at 350 for 6 minutes.
    Butter your bread,add cheese(we can debate the type of cheese for days,lets just call it personal preference),and pull your pineapple slices from the oven(remove cloves).
    Add the slices.
    Grill as you would a grill cheese.

    Honey mustard or horse radish may be added prior to grilling(personal taste).

    If you want to get crazy saute some crushed garlic cloves in the pan and add them to the sandwich prior to grilling.

    How about both. Do the entire thing after frying up some good bacon. Add said bacon when final assembly of sammich. Toast as directed in the original steps.

    So LT6 official sammich lol?

    Pineapple rings wrapped in ham(pinned with cloves)bake at 350 for 6 min.
    Cook bacon.
    Remove rings from oven,discard cloves.
    Butter bread,add cheese,ham/pineapple rings,bacon,and grill.

    What to name this pineapple ham bacon cheese creation?
    Tropical pig and cheese?

    :ugh: ive been up since 1 - I hate that I cant sleep in on a day off , oh weel such is life .
    On a better note - getting ready to go to the local dinner - its B&G hashbrowns eggs and sausage , milk and coffee
