It seems they have dropped all the charges except for obstruction. The whole situation stinks of a setup. Unfortunately, in Hancock county you're usually guilty until proven innocent. Too bad. Another career down the tubes.

Looks like he's in a heap of trouble according to the probable cause affidavit. Threatening to kill people, intimidation, theft. Sheesh. Didn't see anything about charges being dropped, tho. They sure did set his bail low. $500.

I'm not seeing "nice guy" in any of this. What I see when I hear people say "nice guy" is a two faced guy who has one face for some people and a thug on the other hand.
