You are a VERY good artist ! It looks awesome .
Sometimes I forget there are so many lady INGO members and shooters around.
Or maybe you're a guy with some nicely painted fingernails .
    Either way , great job!
I have some hunting equipment that could use some tweaking with some painted reeds .
    Thanks for the idea.

Ha thanks! I am a manly man lol, but my fiance let me use up her kitchen table to paint on. She was amazed how easy I was making so she tried her hand. I promise those are hers!

I think it looks super, as nice or nicer as some factory finishes. I may have to try that on one of my Mossbergs. Thanks for taking the time to share.

I missed it also, I met Zoglog today at Atterbury today and he told me about it. Great guy!

I am glad you found the thread and that we met today! It was fun to do, and as I have previously said those are my fiance nails, she wanted to join in the fun.

Dave I will trade it for the Browning !

Ingo has to be the greatest firearm forum on the net, with all the super members, super info, and super deals. I have met many very nice people here in the last few years. I have been around firearms all my life and learned much here. Any time anyone has a question, an answer is just a click away.

That's fantastic. Excellent job on the hand painted camo.
What do you use to protect the finished paint on the stock and barrel?

Wow! Great work. It looks fantastic. I think it will be harder to find beaters out there from now on. Everyone on INGO will have a revitalized shotgun!

I used the matte finish. It feels awesome with that on there. It felt painted before I applied the matte.

Ha well I am glad I could help. I know I want another beater to do again!

My next will be a synth stock on a 742.
But I gotta cerakote my 1100, and refinish a walnut stock on a .22 rf.
    Winter projects are stacking up!
(get to avoid family that way :)

I've got a Mosberg Pump that was in my basement that flooded years ago. I've never been able to stop the rust from showing up in the cracks and corners of the gun. I think I'll try doing a camo project on this gun. Maybe the paint and epoxy will keep oxygen away from the metal so the gun will stop rusting.
