This is pretty cool. Can someone please explain the post sample thing to me. It is a concept that I am unfamiliar with.

after May 1986 the feds closed off the ability for normal people (you and I) to buy new full auto weapons, OR to manufactuer semi-auto weapons into full auto. Everything made after may 1986 is considered a "Post-dealer sample", and can only be owned by a class 3 dealer.
