Well... I hate to say it but it seems the Obama administration was right on this one. That being said, it should not have any effect on our right to bear arms. This is definitely a tool for anti-gun lobbyists to try and use.

I really do believe that there are straw buyers. That's illegal. Prosecute them to the full extent of the law. Hang them from the highest yardarms.
But, by no means does that mean that "the Obama administration was right on this one".

Your right this just another tool for our goverment to use agianist law abiding citizians to take our rights away from us. My thougts the goverment needs to shut down the border till they can figure out a solution to this problem. The right to bar arms is ours but we can't stop whats going on at the border.
