I was doing some gun cleaning the other day and spraying gun scrubber in to a trash can. In this same trash can I had my shop vac hose draining water after vaccuming up some water. I was amazed what the gun scrubber did to the end of the hose but nothing to the bag in the trash can. Just passing this along so it does not happen to anyone else.

Dang. I thought that stuff was hard on some plastics and rubber, but man. What was the hose made out of? I'll have to exercise more caution in the gun room.

I used it on an AK this weekend and it started to take the paint off the receiver.
