    I agree with your rant and I completely understand.
    I think you and I were just having a glass half empty/full moment.
    Our laws are a LOT better than many other states, but the things you mention are SO irritating. :xmad:

    As a motor vehicle is active, mobile and hostile the warrant requirement does not apply. Cops still need probable cause. Doesn't INGO have a sticky on this?

    Do you mean on a traffic stop? Surely they just can't pick a car out of a parking lot and break into it? That's what criminals do.
