Low pressure is one thing, but when you tell them you want to buy a particular gun and they can't be bothered to find it, and when you do find it they don't even stop chatting long enough to sell it to you, that's a little too low pressure for me.

I will go far out of my way to support a small business over any big box store. With this particular store though, this has been my exact experience. Not just once, but over and over. If it's low pressure they are going for then they have missed the mark. It comes across as arrogance and disgust for the customer. I shared that opinion on my last visit, many years ago.
