    If your fireworks can't start until 10, you should be in the central time zone
    No, the problem is you chose unwisely by choosing DST and sunset in IND is 9:16 pm on the fourth

    It is barely dark enough for fireworks by 2200

    Shoulda' stayed on standard time but;midnight golf I guess
