It's hard to see in the video but apparently the cop grabbed the pastor by the neck, dragged him out of his car through the window
and then proceeded to kick him and beat him all the while yelling racial epithets. Then when his wife tried to intervene he pepper sprayed her.
Another part that really has me upset is the fact that they had their pet chihuahua in the car with them and when it barked at the cop
for grabbing his owner the cop shot the dog.
Something needs to be done about these rogue cops.

I can't see how cameras for police isn't a good thing for them. I promise you there is a grossly larger number of lying and cheating dirtbag civilians out there vs lying cheating dirtbag LEOs. A camera for cops would be a good idea for the same reason I communicate via email almost exclusively at work...CYA.
