Electronic filing, electronic fingerprints. Costs an extra $10.95, but shortens the wait considerably (5-14 days typically, as opposed to 14 weeks). If you have filed within the last month, and are willing to spend $86 to refile, you certainly can do that. You will get $75 of that refunded, eventually. Or so we are told. everyone.....EVERYONE look up L1 Identity solutions. L1 = barely any wait. Got my LTCH in 3 days. Went to local PD on a wednesday morning pink came in the mail that saturday. this was a while ago but it shows that anyone applying NEEDS to go through L1!!!!
