    Depends on where you are on the south side. It's a big place.

    Both USDS and ITP are good places. So is Beech Grove Firearms, though I believe they're more than $15/transfer.

    There's also Elmore's, The Outdoorsman, and Bradis as choices.

    Just did one through Narrow Target off Meridian. They charge 20 bucks for the transfer. Might check them out. The owner is really nice. They also do custom work.
