I still dont see how theres a case when Indiana has the no reason for firing rule......

when you get let go from a job "for no reason" , they can not give you a reason..
Especially if their reason is one of the things protected by law..

I've had to restrain myself from referring to Raphael as "Dirty Sanchez". No lie.

He's a much worse character in person than the fugazi hero he plays on the tele.

Obviously, I'm no saint myself. But most media characters are despicable and if given the choice of having to share an elevator, I'll take the stairs.

Well as it stands now I cant afford ciyou's 3k retainer, waiting to hear back from guy relford, and considering 3 other employment attorneys as well. The employment attorneys seem to be coming out of the wood work. Its looking promising so far.

No, but he has bragged about his supervising "allowing" him to have a loaded AR in his vehicle while he was working, and had named the employer on the forum when asked which security firm he worked for. Regardless, it is cached pre edit and can be brought to court even if he went back to delete it. I would bet someone googled their name and wondered why a gun site came up. Then read that and figured that they didn't want that person working there any more.

Quite frankly, you can be fired for anything. Only cash he's getting is unemployment.

I was fired in retaliation for reporting a supervisor's browser history containing pornography on a server that contained medical records and confidential info. I am still working and am no richer. But I did get unemployment money due to the retaliation until I found another employer.

Sucks, but perhaps not identifying yourself and where you work could have prevented this.
