Id say Ortiz should get MVP even if they lose. Which I hope they do. I pray they do.

Went 3 for 4 last night. Quit watching the last 2 games during the 6 or 7th inning. There was a lot of concern for his fielding ability at first base but I never saw him make a bad play. Don't think there's a team in mlb that wouldn't trade their first baseman for Ortiz after this series.

Kudos to St Louis for pitching to him. I think intentionally walking a batter is cheap. It'd be like tackling a star receiver at the line of scrimmage just so he doesnt have a chance to make a play. Go out there on the mound and beat him.

I am sitll wearing my Cardinals jersey. Win or lose, this was one of the most exciting season ever. The race between the Reds, Pirates and Cardinals was awesome.

I generally like the NL to win the series. With the Red Sox in itn I have to pull for them. Reminds me of the runs the Braves and yankees made. I enjoy a good series but did not want to see them win either.
