Thanks for the link. This is something I've wanted to do for a long time and just never got around to it. This course is close to home so I went ahead and registered since the form included retired LEO's. I sent a couple of officers down to Georgia years ago and was going to go then but things came up and I had to cancel.

Have been in GSSF, not now, registered as other, we'll see I guess. Will join GSSF again, although don't care for their matches, may be other benefits.

Thanks for sharing, hopefully I'll get in.

    Need to fill the seats.

Before you hear back from Glock as to if you are in or out?

    Any idea?

    Thanks

Depends on how busy they are. :)

I received a e-mail reply from Glock with a letter to take to the class the day after I registered online and paid with a credit card. Whether or not the class is actually held or not will depend on a sufficient number of people signing up.
If they do not get enough people signing up to make it worth the trip for the instructor they will cancel the class and either refund our money or let it apply to the next class to be held in the area.

    OK, Thanks

I applied for the class, then joined GSSF, will give it til next week see if I hear anything, and more importantly watch if they charge my card.

    Thanks for getting back

    Or...

. . . you could just get the Armorer's Manual online for free and read through it.

The GLOCK is a pretty simple pistol.

If I can break it all the way down, anyone can.

True statement, but I tell ya what. You just tear down your car next time it breaks and fix it yourself, with a warranty. I mean, just read the manual.
