Getting Together For Passover / Easter?

We're having a small family get together.
Rib roast to cut into slabs to roast on the coals.
Salad, baked taters, the better 2/3's multigrain bed.

How do you like the multi-grain bed? Better than a Sleep Number or one of those memory foam mattresses?

As of now it's just going to be me and DoggyMama and I've got a small standing rib roast that I'm planning on making.

Then again I've been up since 3AM so maybe bed is what's on my mind.

I’m going to the outlaws for dinner, ham ,potato salad , baked beans , mac n cheese, and whatever that marshmallow coconut salad stuff is. Desert is chocolate moose pie . I can’t skip free dinner and leftovers to go but yes the ex wife is going to be there. You have to take the bad with the good.

Home with the kids in the morning, then to the in-laws, them my parents in the afternoon with my brother and his family. Meat salad and chrzan, so good.

Just me, my wife and our son. I'm grilling some New York strips to be served with baked potatoes and asparagus.

Doing what we do every Easter.
CKW and I cook ham and eggs, fried taters and bacon. The daughter and hubby hide all the eggs. We do breakfast and then the egg hunt. The rest of the day is pretty casual.
Possibly some grilling in the afternoon.

I'm in the same situation. Family is in Florida for spring break. I could not take off from work, so I said I'd stay home and take care the wife and daughter's herd of cats. Going to Elwood CC today and get some range time in.

My kids are with their mom for her family's Easter party then off for a week of spring break.

I actually like having days like this alone. My church has Saturday and Sunday services, so I did Easter service yesterday. I have all day to myself to do whatever I want. I may just try and get outside and put some holes in paper this afternoon.
