I have a mark on the cold knob. I crank the hot full open, set the mark on the cold knob at straight up 12 o'clock, and finish shaving. Its where I want it in a couple minutes. :)

Set it and wait. The water has to travel from the basement to the far corner on the second floor.....usually just enough time to get undressed and towel ready.

Generally I set it and wait. I'm pretty good at getting it on the first try anymore, and it usually takes me that long just to get my Pandora turned on and connected on the Bluetooth speaker.

Hubby turns it hot only to fiddle with it later.

My water heater is just on the other side of the bathroom wall so it gets hot pretty quick. I just set it and wait. By the time I get undressed it's ready to go.
