    A tough one.

    I just have to wonder, if you want to carry, and you're a proper person, why on earth would you not get the license?

    Because it is an infringement and a basic right. But, if you do not have the time and money to fight it I agree.

    Well of course, the closer you get to having to explain to the jury why you want the hunter's education instructor locked up, right after the C felony burglar gets sentenced to probation on his open plea, the more reasonable you get*... It is the Marion Co way.

    *And by "more reasonable you get" I really mean the more pressure the trial DPA puts on his supervisor to let him deviate.
